Smile Education are delighted to be working alongside a lively secondary school based in North Manchester. We are currently seeking an English Teacher to join the team from September 2024.
We are currently seeking an English Teacher to join the team from September 2024 until the end of the 2024/25 academic year. The successful applicant will be working across KS3 and KS4, carrying out all usual roles and responsibilities associated with a class teaching position, including marking and planning.
This is a fabulous opportunity to join a supportive secondary environment as part of a close-knit team within the English Department. The school is located in north Manchester, within proximity to Wigan town centre. The expected salary range for the role is between £150-210 per day, depending on experience.
What to expect from applicants?
We would like applicants to hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Both experienced teacher and Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply. For ECT’s looking to complete the induction terms, opportunities are in place to do this in addition to an ECT mentor.
