We are assisting the bases in looking for patient, creative and eager to learn Teaching Assistants to work with pupils in KS3 and KS4 (11 – 16). Learners within the provisions are supported with a range of additional needs, predominately Autism (ASD), ADHD and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Most of the pupils work on a specialised curriculum of essential skills and mainstream lessons which has been tailored towards their needs and abilities. Involved is a mix of classroom and outdoor based/practical learning including creative workshops, music, sports, cooking, and gardening.

** The school are keen to ensure that the students joining the base have adequate time to bond with staff before the new academic year (September ’24) and are therefore offering positions starting from June 2024. **
