Salary: £25.00 Per hour

Job Duties:

  • Provide one-to-one tutoring sessions to students in various subjects.
  • Create personalised lesson plans based on individual student needs and learning styles.
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to provide feedback and updates on student performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.

Required Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree in Education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in a one-to-one setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Experience:

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in a one-to-one setting.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Deep understanding of the subjects being taught.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
